Gabe Aldrete joins Brightline Dealer Advisors as the F&I EVP for Texas and Louisiana, bringing over 25 years of automobile industry experience. His career, rooted in retail and B2B sales, is marked by leadership excellence and consistent achievements. After graduating from Hardin-Simmons University in ’95, Gabe excelled in customer service and sales strategy.
In addition to his success in retail, Gabe has a rich history in sales management and leadership development with experience at both EFG and Assurant Dealer Services. At EFG, Gabe held the title of Regional Manager and Regional Vice President where he managed a large territory (OK, TX, CO, WY, PA, TN and CA) and developed several of his team members into successful leaders within EFG. For the last four years, Gabe has been a Regional Manager at Assurant Dealer Services over the TX and NM territories, the largest region at ADS! While at ADS, Gabe led and developed a team of 10, which equated to $28+ million in yearly revenue.
